Some superheroes have special moves but very few of them create scenarios for embarrassment or humiliation. However, the lovely She-Hulk seems to be a very cheeky character and apparently has a recurring joke move called "the gamma wedgie." Its a regular wedgie that becomes painful on the receiver (always male) because of Shulkie's incredible power.
In The Marvelous Adventure of Gus Breezer: Hulk. She Hulk gives The Hulk a painful gamma wedgie as a prank for laughing at her suggestion that she is stronger than her.
A mention of the technique occurs in the second issue of Spider-Man and the Fantastic Four. She-Hulk won't put up with Johnny's juvenile pranks, she is gonna have to get juvenile as well, so she threatens him with one of her gamma wedgies.
In Thing & She-Hulk: The Long Night. She-Hulk humiliates a bunch of dumb guys who catcalled her on public transportation. One of them was de-pantsed and another one has an atomic melvin type of wedgie.
I remember She-Hulk giving another male enemy a wedgie at one point but I can't remember the name of the comic. Due to the comedic nature of her stories, She-Hulk is one of the few female characters with a playful side to her and it's always welcomed. Would also be nice to see her give a female villain one of her classic gamma wedgies at one point.
In the fourth episode of Archie's Weird Mysteries, titled Invisible Archie, Reggie turns invisible and decides to humiliate a jock who is getting attention from the girls. He walks up to him thinking he's invisible and pulls down his pants, revealing his white boxers with blue hearts on them. This makes Veronica gasp at the scene while Betty giggles at the embarrassed guy.
In the comedy sports movie Balls of Fury, the typical "action girl sidekick to the main guy" stereotype in action and adventure movies is introduced. She shows off her skills by beating up a bunch of guys and pulls down the pants of one of them, revealing his tighty whities.
Another example of an action heroine humiliating a male enemy.
Not everyday you get to see a zombie wearing tighty whities. In the second Scooby-Doo movie, real monsters wreak havoc around the city and the gang gets to fight them. At the end of the movie, it's up to Scooby to turn on a machine that will defeat the monsters, in the process, he takes care of the monsters one by one.
This includes dashing between the legs of the zombie and ripping the back of his pants, revealing a pair of old worn out briefs. The monster covers himself in embarrassment.
A great little moment that shows a cartoon character humiliating an enemy by exposing his uncool undies to the world.
Spider-Man has always had moments of comedic underwear exposure since it is quite a juvenile character and series. They often involved the title character being humiliated, but other times, the young hero used his powers to embarrass his enemies during a battle and this is exactly what happens in this small moment from Ultimate Spider-Man #20 from 2002.
In this issue, Dr. Octopus is holding a press conference and attacks a man in a limousine, only to be stopped by Spider-Man- During the fight, Spidey uses his web to pull down the doctor's pants, revealing a pair of tighty whities, the doctor swiftly pulls them back up but its then hit by Spidey.
Spider-Man also comments on his choice of undies. "Tighty whities? That explains everything." I wonder if he implies that guys who wear briefs are more likely to be villains or to be dorky scientists who turn evil.
One more thing. There were female onlookers around, Mary Jane was watching the fight on TV and a female reporter was commenting. I wonder if the female characters saw Doc Oc's underwear and I also wonder what they thought of such a humiliating moment. Would have been nice to see them comment, maybe then this would have been CFNM in some way.

They did an amazing job at adapting the scene with female versions of Spidey and Doc Oc. Something we always love is when moments of male embarrassment are genderbended. We need more EUF and comedic underwear moments of women in media, thats for sure.
One of the most famous scenes of humiliation in animation. The season one episode of Spongebob Squarepants titled Hooky features the main character disobeying his boss and playing around with seemingly deadly hooks he and Patrick found that morning.
Spongebob and Patrick don't listen to the warnings by Mr. Crabs and they eventually end up paying for it. The boys have their fun but soon enough Patrick gets hooked and he is then taken to the surface. Spongebob isn't aware of this but is worried when Patrick disappears.
The poor Sponge decides to leave but he notices that one of the hooks is stuck to his clothing. He panics and decides to run for help. Once he arrives at the Krusty Krab he has to confess to his boss about playing with the hooks. He is then told that there is only one way to release himself, Spongebob then realizes that this means he will have to take off his pants, in front of a group of girls no less (Pearl the whale and her friends were having a party there).
They will turn him into tuna if he gets hooked.
Sorry, lad. But theres only one thing you can do.
The hook pulls Bob away but he manages to fight it and decides to reluctantly take his pants off, revealing his usual pair of tighty whities. Mr. Crabs then points out one major problem: Bob's underpants are also hooked!
Bob decides that humiliation is enough and refuses to take his underwear off. Mr. Crabs tells him that he will have to, he's otherwise doomed and he will have to get a new cook.
The hook then pulls Bob even harder by his undies but the boy manages to grab onto a sign as his panties are pulled.
He cries and complains in complete embarrassment and desperation. His underwear can't stand for long and the briefs are ripped right off.
Off with the undies.
He sighs in relief but the sign catapults him into the glass window of the restaurant. Bob crashes on the window, completely naked, Pearl and her group of female friends start to laugh at his state. Pear l then says the classic line "Look, it's Spongebob Nudiepants!", making fun of his name and his nakedness.
The girls laugh at the naked Bob.
Bob shrieks in humiliation after blushing and promptly runs away covering his privates, completely butt-naked, all the way to his house.

A great scene that completely degrades Spongebob, not only is he caught disobeying the advice of an older and wiser person, but he is also slowly stripped out of his clothes infront of girls, who have no shame in giggling at the naked laughingstock.
